| The Canadian Nuclear Resource Consultants Incorporated (CNRCI) was federally incorporated on January 3, 2007 and operates from its headquarters in Ottawa. The company provides consulting services and project management to industry and government in the nuclear field related to the supply, development and use of nuclear resources (material, equipment, and personnel) while ensuring compliance with national and international regulatory policy and standards, IAEA safeguards and where applicable, bilateral agreements between Canada and Emerging States. |

| Background Information: |
| CNRCI staff have experience and know-how in dealing with governmental agencies and nuclear industry based on which its staff can provide project management services and support with regard to the supply of nuclear resources, equipment and personnel, ensuring that the client’s requirements are fully met. |
| The expertise will be provided by a group of engineers and nuclear experts, who are CNRCI associates and have knowledge from being employed for many years by government and industry. Most of these professionals have over 25 years experience with the Canadian nuclear industry, government and foreign affairs and are known for their specialized expertise in this area. These professionals can be available when required depending on the client’s needs and urgency. Resumes are available upon request. |

| Recently retired (November, 2006) as Senior Advisor from the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission after 25 years service in regulation of Heavy Water Plants, Uranium Refining, Conversion, Fuel Fabrication and Nuclear Safeguards. Security Clearance: Secret. During 1974-81 employed by Atomic Energy of Canada Limited with increasing responsibilities leading to senior project engineer in the management of design, construction, commissioning and operation of heavy water plants. Following graduation worked as project engineer in design and construction during1970-74 in the oil and gas industry in Alberta. Graduated with BE in Metallurgical Engineering from India in 1967 and obtained a M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering in 1969 from University of Saskatchewan, Canada. |
